I had the privilege to attend my first Avene workshop on a lovely Saturday last month, thanks to Vanity Trove Malaysia. I’ve found out more about Avène as well as experienced the benefits of famous Avene Thermal Spring Water.

I was still heavily preggy that time and oh gosh, time really flies. My girl is already 3.5 months old now.

When I reached the View Rooftop Bar at GTower with my plus one – Sharon that night, I could hear laughter and chit chat at the registration. And when we walked in, we were brisk by the fresh air and really cool city night view.

We were happy to meet Ellen from Luxasia again, as well as the friendly Ky-Gan from Lilac.

K-Palette Workshop & Latest Japan Makeup Trend

Last month end I’ve attended K-Palette Workshop with the invitation from Manoah Consulting, thanks to Don and Yukiko. I again have forgotten to bring camera, and I realized that while I was on the way there, hence I was late due to turning back to home to take the camera. Really sorry to all people for the waiting.

The workshop started with welcoming note from President of K-Palette Japan – Mr. Kinoshita.

Ms. Inagaki, a Japanese Makeup Artist with 15 years experience was the makeup tutor for the workshop.

While Mr. Kenta Suzuki helped to translate Japanese into English for us.

Ms. Inagaki told us that there’s 2 types of look - Cool and Cute look. I am belong to Cool category.

First of all, we apply BB cream start from inside to outside for more 3D look, and then use sponge to blend it well. The BB cream is available in two colors, color 1 for light skin tone and 2 for natural skin tone. A little bit like 20 cents size is enough for whole face.

Then, apply Zero Kuma Concealer by squeeze a small amount and blend with fingertips using a light, patting motion. You could use a finger to apply and another clean finger to spread evenly. I like Zero Kuma Concealer because it has very good coverage yet it’s moisturize my skin.

Vanish has Resolve My Laundry Disaster

As a mother of a toddler, I always have hard time to clean her clothes since I’ve let her practice eating by her own. Ketchup and soy sauce are common stain on her clothes nowadays.

Just while I was panicking because normal washing detergent doesn’t remove these stains, I found Vanish. Vanish has taken one step further to help me solve this everyday stain problems, yay!

Vanish Power O2 Powder is my best helper to remove stain for all colours clothing. I just need to soak my girl’s clothes for 30 minutes before I wash them in washing machine. Her clothes would become clean without any stain again.

How to use?

Washing Machine:

For tough and dried-in stains - Add one scoop of Vanish to your laundry detergent in the washing machine drawer and wash as usual. Add 1/2 a scoop for normal stains.

Soaking:

For tough and dried stains - Add 1 scoop of the Vanish Power O2 Powder into 4 litres of warm water (max 40 °C) and leave it to soak. After soaking wash as usual or rinse thoroughly.

Note: For best results on tough stains, rub the stains before rinsing. leave to soak for a maximum of 1 hour for colour and maximum of 6 hours for whites.
