Early this month I’ve came across Foodpanda and shared about it at the post here.
Foodpanda.my is an online food delivery portal that makes it easy for customers to order
food from the best restaurant in Malaysia and get it delivered at their home.
So, I’ve tried their service for the first time during my
friends gathering last week end.
First, I selected my location to find food near me.
The available food will be listed in the next page.
I’ve chosen Pizza because it’s a great food to share with my
friends. While I could select plenty of pizzas and side orders from their menu,
I’d also get to know the delivery fee and minimum order per delivery.
Once I've selected my order, I opt for Cash On Delivery
payment option. I’d also know the delivery time from the checkout page.
While waiting for the mobile code verification, I’ve
received a call from Foodpanda Malaysia to confirm my order that was fast and
efficient!
While it stated my pizzas would be delivered in 45 minutes,
I actually got them in just 30 minutes. That is really fast service and
convenient! Oh I’ve actually gotten a call from the merchant before they sent my
pizzas for a final confirmation too. I felt the service was superb and trust-able.
