A New Classic in Hydration - Cremorlab

Thanks to The Butterfly Projects, a bunch of beauty bloggers including myself were invited to MUSE by Watsons located at Sunway Pyramid for Cremorlab private event last month.

The Brand Manager of Muse by Watsons, Ms Amanda Gan welcome us and presented us about Cremorlab brand.

You may wonder why is hydration so important? Let me share with you what Dr. Koh Chuan Keng, a skin specialist has taught us during the event.

When skin is well-hydrated, it is more plump and resilient. Keeping hydrated means getting enough water so that your body can function efficiently. From 4 to 8 cups (about 1 to 2 liters) of liquid a day to keep reasonably hydrated, and that liquid should preferably be water.

Anything that makes your sweat a lot, such as exercise or being out in the sun, causes you to lose fluids. Getting sick can dehydrated you too, particularly if you have a fever, diarrhea or are vomiting.

Foods that moisturize skin including Omega-3s and berries. Avoid foods and drinks that dry your skin out, such as alcohol and caffeine.

Usage instructions
