RMK Autumn/Winter 2014 Collection: The Power of Love and New Base Make-up

RMK Autumn/Winter 2014 Collection: The Power of Love and New Base Make-up is dedicated for we women wear many faces - Strong yet sensitive, kind yet tough.

RMK launched the Autumn Winter Collection 2014 at the serene Galeri Chandan at Publika Shopping Gallery on a lovely evening. The collection, themed Power of Love, reveals the many facets of women by combining the strength of love, yet embracing the softer side of this sentiment.

Created to reflect the bold and courageous yet romantic and sometimes ladylike, Power of Love by RMK sought to present two new textures in matte and shiny to allow variety and greater possibilities in make-up application depending on the mood.

The true Power of Love spirit was revealed in the demonstration by renowned make-up artist Taki Chegne that told a story of grace, power and the finesse representing the women of today.

“Power of Love is also about contrast, the play of colour and light. Similarly in love, we often find a wellspring of feelings and emotions within, all ready to be unleashed, and often radiated in our external persona. That’s what the Power of Love can do for you, creating the effortless ‘glow’ that can carry you to different moods and emotions,” said Lee Yoke May, General Manager of RMK.

Each season as trendsetters of the cosmetics and beauty industry, RMK creates unique looks to capture the essence of the latest trends for the seasons. RMK’s Power of Love collection comes with unique range of cosmetics beauties including;

1) Base make-up creamy foundation. The new RMK Creamy foundation N SPF28 PA++ (30g) suffuses your skin with soft bright light and covers the surface evenly and transparently with a polished finished. It is available in 7 shades.

2) Glow stick. RMK glow stick (34g) is a new limited edition shade of color for their popular highlighter. It can be apply directly with the stick and spread onto your highlight areas, starting from the cheek bones, or it can also be applied over the face powder.

3) Matte shiny eye pencils. The limited edition RMK Matte shiny eye pencil offers 2 exceptional features: at one end it has a matte crayon, at the other a felted applicator for a bright shining finish. Use the bold crayon to shape a smooth line that defines the eye with precision, and then apply a layer of powder using the felted tip. It is available in 6 shapes of colours – 01 Green Black, 02 Navy, 03 Burgundy, 04 Grayish Brown, 05 Brown and 06 Shiny black.

4) Matte shiny shades for cheeks. I absolutely adore this limited edition RMK Matte Shiny Cheeks colour. It has 2 different textures in one compact – matte and shining. The heart-shaped will surely bring a smile every time you open it. Available in 4 shades, 01 Natural Bronze: a bronzer with a natural finish, 02 Bright orange: a highlighter, healthy and vibrant, 03 Light Pink: the highlighter for that urbane look, 04 Dark Bronze: a bronzer with a sweet but sexy touch.

5) Matte Mascara. RMK Matte mascara comes with a new ‘W brush’; the straight section enhances volume right down to the root of the lash, while the curved segment curls and separates to perfection. A choice of 4 shades to enjoy this Autumn/Winter: 01 Black, 02 Brown, 03 Navy and 04 Burgundy. This mascara treats our eyelashes with moisturizing agencies, including Royal Jelly extract with water resistant formula.

6) Lip glosses. RMK shiny sheer gloss has a feather light texture. When applied it uses the lips’ own moisture to become a shade of pink still purer in hue, one that incorporates a subtle sheen. It has 3 shades: 01 Coral for that fresh healthy look, 02 Rose for an elegance befitting your autumnal moods, and 03 Dark Beige for a cool feminity.

7) Nail polish. RMK Nail Color EX has 2 contrasting textures - matte and shining for you to choose from. For the luminous look, choose from EX-16 Shiny Navy, EX-17 Shiny burgundy, EX-18 Shiny pink. You could also go for the matte fingernails with EX-19 Matte red and EX-20 Matte beige shades.

8) Pencils and gel for the eyebrow. RMK W Eyebrow (Powder) comes in 3 new shades – 01 Dark Brown, 02 Mocha brown, 03 Light brown. RMK W Eyebrow (Pencil) comes with 3 new shades and a built-in screw brush – 01 Gray, 02 Dark brown, 03 Olive brown.

9) Unique shades for eye shadows. RMK Ingenious Powder Eyes N welcome 2 new shades to its family – EX-06 Shiny Navy, EX-07 Shiny Burgundy. With these 2 glittering shades, opulent and lustrous, this autumn your eyes will bewitch and mystify.

10) Powder cheeks. RMK Ingenious Powder Cheeks N has 2 new shades – EX-04 Orange Gold brings your nature in all her abundant fruitfulness in the harvest season, and EX-05 Pink Gold mixes gold polarized pearls with an innocent girly coral pink to produce a sophisticated but still very feminine look.
