Remember that familiar big yellow bird and red furry monster
that we all used to watch on the television screen when we were kids. Brought
together by Resorts World Genting, Big Bird, Elmo and their friends from Sesame Street will
be stealing the limelight at the Genting International Showroom this 28
November 2014 up to 3 January 2015 for the latest musical show ‘Sesame Street Live
- Elmo Makes Music’.
Since its premiere in 1980, Sesame Street Live
has brought the world’s most beloved characters and a child’s closest friends
to life on stage. Sesame Street Live is now the longest-running
children’s stage show!
Ever since I brought my elder princess to the “Sesame Street Live
- Elmo Makes Music” launch (Refer to the launch blog post here), she kept asking me
when would I bring her to watch the show.
Her wish was fulfilled last Saturday, we paid a visit to
Resort World Genting for the children’s all-time favourite, “Sesame Street Live
- Elmo Makes Music” with some other bloggers.
My elder princess enjoyed the musical journey a lot, as Abby
Cadabby starts a new band on Sesame Street!

‘instruments’ they never knew existed…pots and spoons, trash can lids, and even
cookie jars! Everyone’s favorite fun, furry and feathered friends are
here to teach children that we can make and enjoy beautiful music together. She
danced and sang along with Abby, Elmo and friends.
During the intermediate, patrons could take the chance to
take a picture with Elmo and friends with just RM 25. Assorted merchandise was available
for the kids too.
Overall, our Saturday was well spent together with music and
laughter.
