Review: Ozmosis Health & Day Spa at Jalan Telawi, Bangsar

I love Spa! A day spa is a blessing to me. It is a place that helps me indulges in some much-needed 'me' time, to switch off and relax, and recharge. I was blessed to be invited to Ozmosis Health & Day Spa for a body spa review last month.

Located on top of La Bodega Restaurant Jalan Telawi 2, Bangsar, Ozmosis Health & Day Spa is easily accessible from KL. I could feel the ambience environment when walking up the wooden staircase to the Spa. Ozmosis Spa is a huge, beautiful Balinese style spa, it also has a calm interior to help us feel relax.

Ozmosis Spa staffs were nice and friendly, they offered me to choose the essential oil I wanted while I filling up the customer form. They have 5 types of Essential oils: Stress Buster, Relaxation, Energiser, Respiration, Sensuality and Body Shaper. I could choose any one or even mix them up to fill my needs.

I was surprised by their spacious treatment rooms, and it was quite quiet on the day that I visited.

My spa session started with foot soak and follow with an hour body massage. My masseuse, Miss Ruhana, was very experienced and professional. Her massage was so relaxing that I felt asleep halfway. I woke up with renewed sense of self and relaxation after the spa session.

Ozmosis Health & Day Spa is a lush haven which promises to soothe and heal all our five senses with ultimate pampering, I would definitely like to visit it again.
