Ribs, Seafood and Steak at Tony Roma

I still remembered the first time we ate at Tony Roma was at Mid Valley outlet, and since then I always crave for more. Tony Roma specialises in American cuisine. Crisp fresh salads, mouthwatering char-grilled steaks, BBQ chicken, and delicious seafood make up a menu that is sure to please every guest.

Thanks to a secret ‘santa’, I had a chance to visit Tony Roma again at e@Curve on last Tuesday. The atmosphere there was dim and had a nice American’s feel.

We were introduced to their new Ribs, Seafood and Steak menu which is available from 7^th Sep to 19^th Oct 2015.

1) Beef Short Rib with Cranberry Demi-glace (RM 67.73)

A grilled beef short rib topped with a homemade cranberry demi-glace. Served with fire-roasted vegetables and loaded mashed potatoes.

Ribs are the sure thing to have at Tony Roma. Like their other signature ribs, Beef Short Rib with Cranberry Demi-glace is totally tasty, filling and amazing.

2) Salmon with Shrimp in Lemon Sauce (RM 59,25)

Grilled salmon topped with shrimp sautéed in housemade lemon sauce. Served with choice of two sides.

We totally in love with the fresh and juicy salmon, and it paired perfectly with the lemon sauce which is neither too sour nor sweet. And I have to say that Tony Roma has an array of amazing side dishes to choose from.

3) Filet Mignon with Fried Onion Rings and Demi Glace (RM 63.49)

Grilled to your liking and served with mashed potatoes.

This is indeed our favourite dish among all! the filet mignon was grilled to medium just as we ordered, and it was really juicy and yummy!

Their portion is big as they served in American’s portion and hence I would recommend you to share with your family and friends.

Tony Roma also introduced 4 types of Virgin Romaritas (RM 16.85) during these promotion period.

1) Romarita

Tony Roma’s ultimate tart and sweet pairing of orange juice, fresh lime juice and lime sour mix, shaken with ice and served in a sugar-rimmed glass.

We strongly recommended this Romarita as it taste very nice, totally refreshing and not too sweet.

2) Strawberry Romarita

A strawberry lover’s delight. Strawberry, orange juice, fresh lime juice and lime sour mix, shaken with ice. served in a sugar-rimmed glass with a strawberry garnish.

3) Mango Romarita

An adventurous island mix of mango, orange juice, fresh lime juice and lime sour mix. Shaken with ice and served in a sugared glass with a fresh orange wedge.

4) Wild Berry Romarita

Simply amazing wild berry, orange juice, fresh lime juice and lime sour mix, shaken with ice and served in a glass dabbed in sugar.

Wild Berry Romarita is a bit sour but it's good for beauty junkie like me as it has the most Vitamin C I guess.
