I had fun with my girls at the Starhill Gallery Fashion Day
Out 2015 in partnership with Lifestyle Asia Kuala Lumpur, Sephora Malaysia & MAKE UP FOR EVER event in earlier October 2015. It
was a stylish affair of glitz and glamour, and it was also Starhill Gallery’s
first Autumn/Winter fashion event.
This time, the fashion show was spread throughout 3 floors;
Indulge, Adorn and Explore Floors, each with its own thematic experience. Distinctive
guests and media enjoyed the spectacular show from Top Designer Brands in that
afternoon.
Indulge floor or the Elegant Luxury Level showcased leading
fashion labels Valentino and Kenzo.
The Adorn Floor or the Hip Luxury floor showcased collections
from M Missoni, MCQ Alexander McQueen and Khoon Hooi.
At Explore Floor, British fashion house Debenhams and home
grown brands iKarrtini and Mita Tam Style Studio showcased their latest
collection with Trendy Luxury theme.
Pretty Miss Universe Malaysia 2011 Deborah Priya Hendry was the emcee of the event
Following on from the eye-opening fashion show, the lively
atmosphere of the event was kept alive with an array of handcrafted canapes,
sushi and carvery prepared exclusively for the event by Shook! Restaurant’s
Executive Chef Richard Sawyer, leaving all the fashionistas in attendance,
including the likes of stylish fashion designer Khoon Hooi and Kartini Illias,
and celebrities Miss Universe Malaysia 2011 Deborah Priya Hendry, Miss World
Malaysia 2012 Lee Yvonne, Amber Chia and Zoey Rahman thoroughly entertained.

No doubt that the spectacular event upheld Starhill Gallery’s
status as Malaysia’s luxury shopping destination with its exclusive boutiques,
international designer collections and fashionable society events.
All the guests left the party in high spirits, all thanks to
the lucky draw prizes’ sponsors including Armani Dolci, Bedat & Co., BMIC
Nail Spa Salon, Debenhams, Fragrance du Bois, Niche Retailing, Shook!
Restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton, KL and YTL Platinum Plus.

ReplyDeleteIt was quite a fun event and my pick were the Valentino and McQueen. Hopefully next year they will have the runway show just on one floor instead of 3 floors.
