I
first discovered Linden Leaves when the friendly founder, Ms. Brigit Blair visited KL back in year 2013. Linden Leaves is
the Natural Cosmetics certified by BioGro, and all the products are made with
love in New Zealand.
I
fell in love with their body oil back then but then I have not discovered much
of the brand since then. Thanks to TNS Skin Lab, I was given the opportunity to try Linden
Leaves skin cares not long ago.
I
picked the Linden Leaves Porcelain Brightening Serum because my skin was so tan after my Boracay
trip. The sun in Boracay was really strong, it made me a few shades darker even
with repeated application of sun block. I really look like a Filipino after the
5 days trip.
According
to Linden Leaves, the Porcelain
Brightening Serum is formulated with effective natural skin correcting
ingredients to brighten, balance and to help fade the appearance of dark
spots and age pigmentation for a smoother, more radiant complexion.
Linden
Leaves Porcelain
Brightening Serum contains mulberry and licorice extracts to lighten and
brighten the skin, sweet almond oil to improve complexion and help combat signs
of ageing, organic white tea to protect and effectively aid skin regeneration,
and wild daisy flower extract to even skin tone and naturally lighten dark
pigmentation.
With
the combination of these natural ingredients the serum smells divine. The serum
is suitable for all skin type. I have mild sensitive skin but this product is
OK to my skin. It is easy to absorb into my skin. The
serum pumps out as a cream which is more like a moisturizer. I have been using
this at night for 2 months; my skin is noticeably brighter and glowing now.
Unlike many other brightening skincare, my skin doesn’t feel drying or tingling
at all.
I
like its minimalist
and user friendly packaging. Firstly, the paper box is printed with vegetable
inks and is 100% recyclable. Secondly, the bottle comes with airless pump which keeps the
product light-safe and hygiene, oh and it comes with a cap too.
TIPs by TNS Skin Lab:
1) Try
an intense skin repair treatment by adding a squirt into Linden Leaves moisture
replenishing masque and apply this tailored treatment for between 10
minutes and half an hour.
2) Try
applying over make up as an instant refresher for a dewy, youthful look.
