I am a Spa person. I love to go to spa to pamper myself
after a long day at work to relax my mind and body. However, with the ever
rising cost of living here in KL(Or should I say the whole Malaysia?), I find
it hard to afford this monthly indulgence since last year. Sadly I had to cut
down my spa visiting, until I find a cozy yet affordable one recently.
I believed a lot of you have noticed the Healthland Wellness
Center in Klang Valley recently. I have visited the Healthland Wellness Center in Setia Alam a couple of weeks ago. Located right at the center of Setia Alam,
Healthland Wellness Center has occupied two storeys of the huge building.
With the aim to promote holistic wellness, Healthland
Wellness Center endeavor to help their customers to Get More Out of Life by
offering the finest and most affordable wellness solutions. They promote a
holistic lifestyle with health programmes and activities.
All their masseurs are professional trained by the acclaimed
Wellness Academy which is certified by the Ministry of Labour (Thailand).
After we registered ourselves, we were offered a soothing
and cold ‘Serai’ drink before we were led to the foot washing area. The masseurs
washed our foot with mild massage, and offered us a pair of slipper to change.
Then we were led to the upper level for our treatments that
day.
First, we had an hour foot massage in the cozy and spacious
TV hall. I enjoyed the movie while having foot massaging as their stereo
headsets has one of the best sound quality.
Then we headed to the massage room to have our one hour body
massage. They have Individual or sharing massage rooms available for us to
choose. The massage was traditional and relaxing.
Shower is also provided for customers who needed. We were
served with a cup of warm ginger tea after the massage.
Overall, I love the relaxing environment a lot. It is truly one
of the best places to enjoy holistic wellness without worrying it will burn a
hole in our pocket.
There is an Amante salon inside the Healthland Wellness Center
Setia Alam. Customers could choose to beautify their hands and legs by Amante
manicure or pedicure. While we had a quick hand paraffin that day because it
was crowded on the day we visited.
That’s not all, there is a stylish Café filled with the art
pieces of the artists inside the Healthland Wellness Center Setia Alam too!
Here at One+ Another, we could enjoy a cuppa and some light food with our
friends and family, as well as buying the art pieces home if you like them.
