Sky Palace Fine Chinese Cuisine @ One City Rock 上云霄 Music Event

We had a fantastic night at Sky Palace Fine Chinese Cuisine @ One City Rock 上云霄 Music Event on Mar 18, 2016. It was our first time dining at the famous Sky Palace that is specializing in Fine Chinese Cuisine, and we were amazed with their amazingly delicious cuisines.

Let’s look into what we had that evening;

Chilled Alaska Crab with Mixed Fruit and Salad

The Alaska crab was fresh and juicy, served with mixed fruit and salad, it is a fantastic appetizer to start the dinner.

Buddha Jumps Over The Wall

The soup was thick and tasty, served with good quality of ingredients such as abalone, dried scallops and fish maw.

Barbecue Flamenco Pork Ribs

Although I am not a fans of BBQ flavor but the Barbeque Flamenco Pork Ribs at Sky Palace Fine Chinese Cuisine was so yummy to me. The BBQ taste was on point, made the pork ribs the perfect meat dish for meat lovers.

Steamed Star Grouper in Cantonese Style

The star grouper was fresh and succulent. Steamed to perfectly, the star grouper deserved a 5 stars ratings.

Signature Fried Rice served in Stone Pot

This is another incredible dish. Served with egg, Signature Fried Rice served in Stone Pot not only taste delicious but it looks so pretty in red too (Thanks to the red wine ingredients).

Chilled Coconut Pudding

We love this chilling dessert that melts in mouth. Served in a coconut, we wish to have more of this hehe.

Overall, all the dishes prepared by Chef Chong Shi Ming, who possesses up to 25 years of culinary experience were hot and yummy, simply fantastic!

After that, we moved to the roof top of One City for the Rock上云霄 music event features performances by the band Equatorial (赤道 Band). The band Equatorial was quite good, they sang all the famous Chinese and English songs throughout the night.
