We felt honorable to be invited to an exclusive and Elegant Lunch Affair @ Elegantology Gallery some time ago. We have passed by Elegantology
Gallery & Restaurant many times before and our first impression of it was
luxurious and tasteful one. This time around we had the chance to dine in
there, it was really an extraordinary experience!
In fact, Elegantology Gallery & Restaurant
is divided to 2 sections – the gallery that features designers’ fashion and the
restaurant that serves gastronomic menu.
We were impressed with the bold and classic atmosphere as well as their open
kitchen concepts.
This May, they have launched a new Ala Carte Menu by Guest Head Chef, Jes Chew. Jes Chew is a
talented Malaysian whom has spent his
times at Dubai and Hong Kong prior to this collaboration. Naming it a
progressive fusion of flavours, Chef Chew has created a selection of dishes
that takes classical dishes to abrand new direction – boldly fusing techniques
and styles together.
Chef Jes Chew
The new Ala Carte Menu by Guest Head Chef, Jes
Chew is a 3 course meal price at RM 150 ++ per person which is for limited time
only, available only from May till June
2016.

the pickled melon salad tastes sours and a little bit sweet. It is indeed a

We can’t have enough of this soup which is super-duper
delicious! Honestly, I am never a pumpkin soup person but the combination of

good taste here, with my favourite crabmeat and mushroom in the soup everyone
finished it within seconds!
