Celebrate Hari Raya with “Fashion Raya” at Setapak Central Mall

Hari Raya Aidil Fitri 2016 is just a few weeks away! It’s time to shopping and prepare for Hari Raya, and Setapak Central Mall is celebrating Hari Raya in a fashionable way this year with the theme of “Fashion Raya”. 

Locating along Jalan Genting Klang, Setapak Central Mall (formerly known as KL Festive Mall) is decked out in trendy and colorful kampung-themed decorations. Te community mall brings together classic and modern styles seamlessly this festive season.

The official launch event was held on the lovely evening on Sat, 16^th June 2016. The launch event was graced and officiated by Wangsa Maju MP, YB Dato Dr. Tan Kee Kwong.

Invited guests, media and bloggers were welcomed by Mr. Andrew Neary, the Executive Director for Malaysia, AsiaMalls Sdn. Bhd. During his welcome speech, he quoted, “Hari Raya Aidil Fitri is one of the most important  celebrations in Malaysia and once again we look forward to having our shoppers at Setapak Central get into the spirit of Raya this year with a varierty of activities.”

Setapak Central Mall also held its first fashion show during the launch showcased the popular brands in the mall including Cotton On, Nichii, SRB, Polo Haus, and Breeze.

We were also entertained by the Aidilfitri performances including the performance of Akim Ahmad and traditional Malay dance (Tarian Citrasari).

Shopping Redemption:

Tier 1 – Free Limited Edition Raya Packets when spend RM 100 and above mall-wide (Maximum 2 combined receipts on the same day)

Tier 2 – Free a fruit bowl when spend RM 300 and above mall-wide (Maximum 3 combined receipts on the same day)

Tier 3 – Free an Exclusive plate set when spend RM 500 and above mall-wide (Maximum 5 combined receipts on the same day)

Shoppers could also enjoy 3 hours free car park when they shop for more than RM 50. All the redemptions is available at the Customer Service located at First floor of the mall.

Besides regular fashion shows, there will be traditional entertainment such as tarian zapin, gamelon and dikir barat performances at the mall. Fashion related workshops such as tudung styling, make up and samping tying will also be part of these activities.

The community mall is also hostings a Buka Puasa dinner and a special fashion makeover session at H&M for the children from Rumah Penyayang Nur Iman Damau Kota on 23th June 2016.
