SkinSoul’s The Lover Lipstick Review & #myBffSoulmate Contest

Hi my lovely readers, so I shared about SkinSoul’s #myBffSoulmate Contest last week. As we all know, Lipstick is a Girl's Best Friend. Lipstick is fun and it can change our image and mood instantly with just a few swipes. It is surely important to celebrate National Lipstick Day, which is recognized annually on July 29. For some women, lipstick is the only makeup requirement, don’t you agree? No matter sheer and light or dark or bright, July 29 is a day for all kinds of lipstick. So, I have bought a few new lipsticks just to celebrate this day.

Today I wanna share about my thoughts on SkinSoul’s The Lover Lipstick with you. It is my first makeup item from SkinSoul. This time, I go a bit adventurous by choosing a totally new shade from my normal choices; the pretty pink color which is the shade no. 15: Groovy from SkinSoul’s The Lover Lipstick range. I was attracted by the rich pink color at first sight.

What I love about SkinSoul’s The Lover Lipstick is that it is free of paraben and free of lead. We could use it without worrying the harmful ingredients to our health. Furthermore, it is infused with Commiphora Mukul resin Extract that is derived from India’s Mukul Myrrh tree that has the unqiue ability to make our lips appear more plum and smooth; Vitamin E which has great antioxidant properties to defends the skin against free radical damages and external aggressors, which results in a more youthful appearance.

With these amazing ingredients, one can imagine the great texture of the lipstick. It has a creamy texture that is easy to glides on the lips. I love its opaque and decent payoff. It is quite long lasting on my lips; it stays on for around 3 to 4 hours. It doesn’t dries up my lips, and in fact my lips feel moisturize after application.
