I had a fun day
at Main Place, the neighborhood shopping mall at Subang USJ with my blogger
friends on one lovely Saturday last month. I am envy to the folks in Subang
after visited Main Place shopping mall. It is not very huge but it has
everything we need under one roof. From fashion, gadgets, leisure, food there’d
be things that suit the baby & kids and adult & elderly.
It has plenty of
car parks at the basement with 1500 parking bays. It is also very convenient
even with public transport. There’s a covered walk-way from the LRT station all
the way to opposite the mall entrance.
We were welcome
and offered a light breakfast at Kemaman Classic Kopitiam before the activities
started.
During the
blogger event, we actually had a ‘treasure hunt’ around the shopping mall. We
were divided into small teams where each team was given a list to find out from
the Mall from letter A to Z.
For example, A for Apple and we can find it at
Jaya Grocer and so on and so forth. Although our team did not win, it was
indeed a fun experience with my bloggermates.
After explored
almost the whole shopping mall, it was time for a delightful seafood lunch at
Fish & Co. Thanks to all the sponsors, we all went back home happily and we will sure visit
I have a good
news for my readers now, Main Place will be having their 2nd ‘The Good Life
Walkathon 2016’ event on Sunday, 23 October 2016 at 7.30am. Their theme this
time is Halloween. It’s going to be ‘spooky’ fun for families, friends and
loved ones. 10% of the total fund collected will be donated to the IQ70+
(Malaysian Association for the Welfare of Mentally Challenged Children).
Participants will get a goodies bag consists of dri-fit shirt (choice of 3
colours), race bib, Halloween photo props, e-cert and a finisher medal. It is a
5KM walk with 2 ‘surprise’ stations. Registration starts from 11 July – 11 Sept

Another fun walkathon! It's really nice to go walkathon with friends, just chit chat all the way and we can easily finish up 5km!

My friend lives on the apartment on top of Main Place - I always go lepaking there with her. And thanks for the info on the run. Halloween theme! Hehe
