Congratulations
to the opening of the very first Chir Chir Fusion Chicken Factory at
Malaysia! Located at the latest happening location – Pavillion Elite, Chir Chir
Fusion Chicken Factory offers mouth-watering delights that are set to
satisfy even the most discerning of palates!
We
were delighted to spend a wonderful evening there recently. Chir Chir
(pronounced Chi-ruh Chi-ruh) is very easy to access as it is situated at the
new underground tunnel that connects Pavillion Elite and Fahrenheit 88.
We
felt happy with the cosy atmosphere and assorted interior decorations from the
moment we stepped into Chir Chir. It is like a ‘Chimaek’ (a combination of
‘Chi’ for chicken and ‘maek’ for beer in Korea) and ‘ju jiu wu’ (居酒屋,means Japanese bar) to me
where everyone is happy to hang out and catch up freely with friends and family.
We
have learnt that Chir Chir uses only fresh chicken that replenish daily, and the
dishes are freshly cooked upon order. Never pre-fried and neither is it frozen!
Plus the unique proprietary sauces and marinade from Seoul resulting in
delicious, consistent flavour in all Chir Chir outlets across South Korea,
China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. To date, it has over 100
restaurants and still counting!
We
love that Chir Chir’s menu is straightforward and is well illustrated with food
& beverages pictures. We truly appreciate a good menu as it made ordering
simple and fast; it is so basic and essential to any restaurant but believe I
or not we had a bad experience at other restaurant’s menu recently and it took
us half a day to order OMG.
Chir
Chir’s wide-ranging menu features six main categories of appetising fares,
namely Signature Fried Chicken, Nest Snow, Roasted, Specials, Salads, as well
as Cocktails and Mocktails. Each of the
categories in turn features various types of chicken, salads and beverages that
tastefully fuse traditional and modern flavours, making Chir Chir’s dishes the
toast of both K-food fans and general diners alike.
Moreover,
Chir Chir highlights on food sharing, where guests get generous portions that
are best shared amongst family and loved ones. Not only that, the restaurant is
so nice and provides a special tool for us to hold on the chickens so that it
wouldn’t dirty our hands. Talking about cleanliness and pay attention to
details yo.
Let’s
look into what Chir Chir has to offer below.

I got curious when you mentioned the chickens are fresh yet not frozen. So I did a bit of googling and found an article by The Star. Chickens are from a halal poultry in Selangor while in your post, sauces directly from South Korea. Now that does sound tempting as the taste should maintain the Seoul taste.
ReplyDeleteWow this is awesome! I want to taste that special chicken :) Hope they could open a branch here in Manila soon.
