Have you heard from Subang West? I have visted it for the first time yesterday, and found that it’s actually very easy to access via NKVE and Federal highway. Developed by CB Lands Sdn Bhd, a wholly-own subsidiary of Crest Builder Holdings Berhad, The Greens @ Subang West is a freehold residential development comprising of 646 units of condominium developed on a 7-acre land with a total gross development value of RM400 million.

The Greens @ Subang West consists of 2 blocks of condominium available in 8 different types of layouts from 3 bedrooms, terrace units and penthouse with built up ranging from 915 square feet to 1830 square feet. Just nice for a startup and growing family, just like myself.

Prices start from RM 568,000 upwards and the expected completion date for the development is June 2018. We have visited the 915 square feet showroom, it was indeed a nice house with a living room, a kitchen, balcony, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The space is just nice for a small family or even a bachelor.
