Chefology range of cookware is designed for the comfort of cooking in kitchen. Brought to us by Oasis Swiss Sdn. Bhd., Chefology has launched their latest Nature series that contains a collection of five cookware items. Designed with an ergonomic structure, Chefology Nature cookware is made of die-cast aluminium, with a six-layer coating that ensures a safer cooking experience. The best part of this new series of Chefology cookware is they are boasted a highly durable marble ceramic coating.
Made with highly durable lava stone, Chefology Nature Cookware works on all stoves, from gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops, not to mention being dishwasher safe. The multiple layers of coating help distribute heat evenly to enable easy cooking without hot spots. This energy-efficient cookware inspired by nature is user-friendly and suitable for every household.
McCormick herbs and spices are well known with its top quality. This time, we were intoduced the latest McCormick Sea Salt Grinder and McCormick Black Peppercorn Grinder which are adjustable grinders equipped with three different grind settings of fine, medium and coarse. Harvested from the French Meditteranean Sea, McCormick Sea Salts tends to be coarser with a higher concentration of minerals, paired with freshly ground black pepper from McCormick Black Peppercorn Grinder that provides warm and pungent flavour, a tasty journey is guaranteed.
We also tried to cook with the McCormick Grill Mates BBQ Sauce which can be use even on its own as a dipping sauce. Comes in three mouth-watering flavours of Vintage Smokehouse, Brown Sugar and Chili and Pepper.
We were glad to have Chef Collin Edward Lim of The Cooking House to demo us how to prepare Cheesy Black Pepper Chicken Salad, Braised Short Ribs, Basil Crepes with Caramelised Banana using the latest Chefology Nature Cookware with a touch of authentic flavours from McCormick herbs and spices.
We were then seperated into groups and tried to cook the Black Pepper Chicken Salad, and Basil Crepes with Caramelised Banana.
Even though we didn't win the competition, we were indeed had fun and enjoyed cooking with the awesome cookware and herbs and spices. Look out for our recipes in the coming blog posts.
