Cincin is a double storey restaurant where the ground floor was mainly for beer and casual dining, and the first floor was for wine dining. We could held our event, private party, celebrations and even baby shower here at Cincin.
We love the warm welcome from the owners of Cincin at one of our dinner recently. They told us Cincin means cheer in Italian, hence we toast with 'Cincin' and drink from the glass there. We simply love the good vibes at the restaurant.
If you are a newbie to wine, not to worry as Cincin will educate their customers on wine pairing when we dine there. They are very knowledgeable on wine and would be able to recommend the best wine to match with the food. Wine lovers could even buy a bottle of wine at a cheaper price and bring back the unfinished after the dinner.
I had a fantastic night with my bestie that night. The casual and relaxing environment is great to chill with a group of friends. No wonder the restaurant was packed during our visit.
Let's look into their wine pairing menu that we had.
Our dinner started with Caesar Salad and Clear Soup with Truffle Oil, pair with white wine – Padre Pedro Reserva Branco Varietal: Viognier and Arinto (2015). What a wonderful start to kick off the dinner.
Then we were served Poached Salmon in White Wine Broth. The white wine broth taste rich enriching the taste of the salmon.
Grilled Portobello Mushroom with Bacon and Cheese, another excellent dish to paid with the white wine.
For main we had Grilled Lamb Rack in Red Wine Rosemary Sauce pair with Aldeya Tinto Varietal: Syrah. Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon (2015). It was indeed a perfect match and the highlight of the dinner.
Cincin serves beautiful and delicious desserts too, from Ballerina to Hojicha Creme Brulee.
My sweet tooth were satisfied with these fantastic dessert.
