This year, Executive Chef Juzaili will be featuring one of his specialties; a whole lamb marinated in a secret blend of spices and roasted to golden perfection. Last year’s crowd favourite, the Oxtail Gear Box Soup will make a comeback due to popular demand.
Guests are able to break their fast and enjoy their dinner with a variety of delights from fresh cut seafood, assorted gulai kawah, bubur lambok, Mongolian grill, unlimited servings of durian and many other delicious dishes and desserts.

Besides, there are 150 varieties of authentic local cuisine including fresh seafood, fresh coconut and fresh sugar cane juice, fresh fruits and many more in Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar's Sajian Selera Desa Buffet Dinner.
“This year, we greatly emphasise on food authenticity in our buffet preparation for all our diners to buka puasa in a traditional and memorable setting with family and friends,” said Mr Andrew Carlile, General Manager of Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar.
Diners will be entertained by an enchanting live performance by the Ghazal Band, playing nightly during the entire dinner service which will create a lively ambience to this dining experience.
Early bird confirmed bookings from 1st March until 15th May will enjoy a 25% discount per person. The Sajian Selera Desa Dinner Buffet starts from 6:00pm to 10:00pm daily and is priced at RM168nett per adult and RM84nett per child aged below 12 years old. The buffet will begin on 15th May and end on 10th June 2018.
