Following the success of its previous campaigns such as Say Cheese, PizzArt and Anchor Travel Cakes, Anchor Food Professionals returns to debut six new dairy beverages to boost everyone's mood. As we Malaysian love our icy-cool beverages, this is indeed a good news to all of us.
Being a multicultural country, Malaysia’s diverse community offers a wide variety of drinks to choose from. This time, we have the dairy beverages that were conceptualized and created by Anchor Food Professionals chefs to showcase the delicious possibilities of dairy in beverages, bringing a sip of global trends to Malaysian consumers.
Creative non-alcoholic beverages are catching on in all the major culinary cities of the world. Asian-inspired cheese teas and speaking at its launch of the Moodmojee campaign, Jack Tan, Associate Foodservice Director of Anchor Food Professionals shared, “We understand the versatile role dairy can play in delivering great taste, texture and appearance in any form whether it’s in beverage or cakes. Dairy is traditionally very popular with Western markets but this time, we wanted to play with local ingredients to give it an overall Asian taste and feel.”

The Moodmojee beverages will be available in fifteen F&B outlets nationwide until January next year. In the first row with the Moodmojee beverages is Chef Ken, Jack Tan, Associate Foodservice Director of Anchor Food Professionals, Chef Firuz and Chef Ichiro.

Anchor Food Professionals is partnering with fifteen food & beverage customers in both Peninsular and East Malaysia in the Moodmojee campaign. Look forward to these creamy creations to be introduced in phases nationwide starting from November 2018 until January 2019.
Designed as mood boosters, the range of beverages brings unexpected pairings aimed to delight taste buds. This year’s range promises pairings of zesty, sweet, savoury and salty flavours with creamy and smooth textures. Think of yuzu, pomegranate, mint, chocolate as some of the ingredients that will be paired and brought to life using the natural and fresh goodness of Anchor’s dairy.
Kaya-Nika Fusion is a milky drink layered with sweet and traditional ‘kaya’, ‘gula melaka’, ‘pulut’ and red beans.
These six dairy thirst-quenchers include a Malaysian favourite that’s both whimsy and decadent – Kayanika Fusion – layers of sweet and creamy with traditional ‘kaya’, ‘gula melaka’, ‘pulut’ and red beans.
Yuzu Chocolate Surprise is a mixture of iced chocolate with Yuzu puree and rimmed with salt lemon cooling candy.
For all the chocolate lovers, a drink to tingle the taste buds with the unlikely pairing of Yuzu and chocolate. The tangy Yuzu puree tempers the rich chocolate in the Yuzu Chocolate Surprise which is rimmed with salt lemon cooling candy.
Pom & Grey Twist is a refreshing concoction of Early Grey tea mixed with pomegranate syrup and layered on top is chocolate cream.

These highly instagrammable Mood Boosters beverages set to take the digital space by storm will be available in Choon Guan Coffee Shop and Gafe Kafe in Selangor.
