Lunch Date with Sarah Cowan (Managing Director of The Herb Farm)

I was honoured to meet the person behind The Herb Farm organised by TNS Skin Lab not long ago. The lunch date was set at Fat Olive at Verve Suite, Mont Kiara – a charming restaurant that serves really delicious food. A big thanks to TNS Skin Lab for choosing this cosy place.

Founded by Lynn; mother of Sarah Cowan, The Herb Farm is a New Zealand company that has been making 100% pure natural products at their own farm for many years now.

When I first met Sarah Cowan, I can't believe she is a mother of two as she is so beautiful, tall and skinny just like a model on the runway. My guess is she must be practicing a good lifestyle and skincare regime to look good, young and confidence.

Sarah Cowan has shared some of her tips over the lunch. Then, the fun part arrived. She has taught us how to make a natural skincare product hands-on. We all got to make our very own essential oil cream that we can apply anytime to lift our mood, yay!

Overall, it was an enjoyable intimate lunch date with Sarah Cowan. Thanks to TNS Skin Lab for having me. I have also brought home some products from The Herb Farm. Will share with you my thoughts on them soon on the blog too.
