True to its theme, the outstanding variety of cuisine options for the Ramadhan buffet this year is carefully crafted by SDCC's Pastry Chef Mohd Nordin Bin Abdullah. The buffet features a wide array of mouth-watering Malaysian favourites that one would expect such as Udang Sambal Tumis Petai, Bubur Lambuk Berheba, Roasted Whole Lamb and Kacang Pool Special.
There will also be 30 show stations offering live cooking, such as Sup Berempah, Laksam Kelantan, Masakan Kawah, Lidah Bakar, Tempayan Roasted Chicken, Teppanyaki, Assorted Sushi, Sashimi, Sizzler, Hot Plate and Assorted Cucur.
For those hankering for something more International, an Italian pasta station will serve up an assortment of pasta dishes prepared a la minute to each guest's liking, such as Spaghetti Carbonara or Tomato Cocasse Sauce, Penne or Fettuccini with Bolognese.
Quench your thirst with an assorted array of truly-Malaysian drinks with selections such as Teh Tarik, Nescafe Tarik, Sirap Selasih, Guava Asam Boi, Air Jagung and Sugar Cane. Ice Blended chocolate and mocha are also available for guests to savour during break fasting.
Diners may satisfied their sweet tooth with assorted local desserts.
