Calling all seafood lovers! It's time to enjoy an oceanic adventure at the all-day dining Serena Brasserie every Friday and Saturday night with seafood promotion oozing fresh appeal. The restaurant’s ambiance emanates an airy feel, with floor to ceiling windows, allowing seafood fans to comfortably dive into delectable choices.
The chilled seafood bar boasts a wide selection of freshly flown-in and succulent seafood on ice including tiger prawn, green mussel, US oyster and Salmon. As for appetisers, you get to enjoy Asian specialties such as snow crab salad, seafood salad, thai beef salad, Vietnamese rice roll, gado-gado and more.
Transforming freshest produce into gourmet delights, enjoy live interaction with the chefs and endless servings of sizzling seafood and meat such as premium cuts of salmon, prawns, lamb cutlet, satay and more, all prepared à la minute.
The carving corner will feature a whole salt crusted Atlantic salmon, baked sea bass, slow-baked prime ribs and roasted chicken. Apart from that, there are also a wide variety of famous Asian and Western dishes.
One of the must-try is the ikan masak tiga rasa, a deep-fried red snapper served with sweet, sour and spicy sauce along with tomatoes and pineapples.
The buffet line also includes the dessert station which features an array of desserts such as chocolate mousse, blueberry cake, jelly shooter, malay kueh, New Zealand Kapiti ice-cream and more.
We simply love the balanced variety of seafood with flavours that are explosive and delicious at the buffet. Diners can also choose to end the buffet with a hot cup of black coffee or tea.
The seafood buffet at Serena Brasserie is available for every Friday and Saturday for dinner from 6:00pm to 10:00pm and priced at RM188 nett per adult and RM94 nett for children. Aside from that, every adult will be offered a complimentary half grilled lobster that comes with sambal or thermidor sauce.
