In fact, California Raisins have been my favourite snack since I was a teenager. The juicy and sweet naturally California Raisins are not only good on its own, it is also a versatile ingredient to make home-made meals too. To celebrate the year end festivities, I have created this Very Vegan California Raisins Spring Roll with Dipping Sauce.
Here's my Very Vegan California Raisins Spring Roll with Dipping Sauce. Made from only the freshest California Raisins, bananas and cheese, this crispy outside and juicy inside spring roll is perfect as a snack and for tea time. You can also dip the California Raisins Dipping Sauce for extra flavour of sweetness.
INGREDIENTS:
Spring roll:
1 cup California Raisins
3pcs bananas
3 slices cheddar cheese
Half teaspoon salt
10pcs spring roll skins
California Raisin dipping sauce:
1 cups water
Spring roll:
1 cup California Raisins
3pcs bananas
3 slices cheddar cheese
Half teaspoon salt
10pcs spring roll skins
California Raisin dipping sauce:
1 cups water
Half cup California Raisins
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon brown sugar
METHODS:
Very vegan California Raisin spring roll:
1. Cut the bananas into thin slices.
2. Tear the cheddar cheese into small pieces.
3. Mix in California Raisins, bananas, cheese and salt in a bowl.
4. Wrap the mixture in spring roll skin.
5. Deep fried until it is golden.
California Raisin dipping sauce:
1. Bring water to boil.
2. Add in some California Raisins and cook in medium heat until raisins are soft.
3. Add brown sugar, salt and cornstarch.
4. Cook until the sauce becomes thicken.
