Start the feast with a toss to prosperity and welcome good fortune, health and happiness with Tao’s all-time favourite Yee Sang. It takes a healthy twist with their Sea Grapes (Green Caviar) with Chia Seed sauce - making it a guiltless indulgence. Imported from Okinawa, Japan, Sea Grapes is rich in omega 3, vitamins and minerals.
This delectable and healthy sea grapes with chia seed yee sang is indeed a great way to usher into the New Year.

Next, we have the Double-boiled morel mushroom with fish maw, sun-dried scallop. The essence of all the premium ingredients encapsulated in the clear broth, it is very nourishing and satisfying.

Now comes the main dishes.
Roasted Hong Kong-style London duck is definitely one of the highlight in the menu. Can't fly to London? It's OK, we can have London duck here at Tao Chinese Cuisine, InterContinental Kuala Lumpur. We love the lacquered mahogany finish, gleamingly luscious duck. The skin is crispy while the meat is tender and juicy, delicious!
Fish is a must have in all Chinese New Year meal. The steamed king tiger grouper with superior black garlic soya sauce is so good. The king tiger grouper is fresh and sweet in taste, pair with the rich and flavorful black garlic soya sauce, it is simply one of the best steamed fish I have ever taste!
Deep-fried prawns with lychee sauce is my personal favorite of all. Huge prawns deep fried until crispy outside and juicy inside, covered with sweet and savory lychee sauce, it's truly mouth-watering.
Next, we have the Nutritious vegetables dish of Simmered fresh Chinese yam with crab roe gravy. The crunchy, sweet Chinese yam dish taste good and refreshing, it brings a lot of health benefits too.
While Truffle sauce fried rice with dried sakura shrimp, crabmeat and diced French bean is a flavorful and luxurious version of fried rice that will please everyone.

The 9-course meals ends on a high note with chilled snow bird's nest with aloe vera in osmanthus oolong tea syrup and deep-fried sweet purple potato 'ninko'.
