Salad: Smoked Duck with Quail Egg – Fine Dining Menu

Fresh salad serve with smoked duck, quail egg and ebiko with beetroot dressing. We love the beetroot dressing as it's light and healthy, with natural bright red color that's so attractive. While smoked duck, quail egg and ebiko go really well together with salad, so delicious!

Salmon: Grilled salmon served with cauliflower puree, salsa, cucumber and cilantro oil – Fine Dining Menu

We love this healthy grilled salmon that comes in big portion. The salmon is grilled to perfection, the salsa brings out the sweetness of the salmon perfectly.

Bread and Artisan Flavoured Butter – Degustation Menu

We are impressed with the crusty outside fluffy inside bread serve with home made truffle flavoured butter. We couldn't help to ask for more!

1st Course: Seared Tuna Dashi Jelly, Seared Scallop with Ikura and Tiger Prawn Cocktail – Degustation Menu

A beautiful platter of trio as the entrée of Degustation Menu.

Start with the seared tuna dashi jelly that has a clear and soft jelly texture on top with a hints of spicy after taste.

The scallop is huge and succulent, garnish with ikura (fish roe) with a hints of the mustard.

The tiger prawn cocktail is serve with rich and creamy avocado plus crunchy texture of sago cracker. Perfect combination!

2nd Course: Cod Fish with Roasted Butter Potato – Degustation Menu

A beautiful peace of sweet and juicy cod fish serve with roasted butter potato, simply delicious.

3rd Course: Angus Beef Tenderloin, Creamy Mash with Red Wine Jus Reduction OR Squid Ink Seafood Risotto with edible flowers – Degustation Menu

The Angus Beef Tenderloin was cooked perfectly in medium rare. The meat is tender and juicy.

While the Squid Ink Seafood Risotto with edible flowers is extraordinary delicious. The risotto comes with a generous amount of sliced squid, perfect for squid lovers.

Dessert: Yuzu Tart OR Midnight Sin – Degustation Menu

We like the Yuzu Tart that is not too sweet and taste refreshing.

Rich in chocolate taste, our favourite goes to Midnight Sin.
