We opted for one hour Thai Traditional massage followed with one hour Thainess with Oil massage on our recent visit to HealthLand. We were put in various position (while fully cloth) and be twisted and adjusted in Thai Traditional massage. We put our trust that we are in the good hand of the therapist to get the best out of the session.

While Thainess with Oil massage offers a more gentle touch to the body, helps to relieve fatigue and stress; relax sore muscles as well as to calm my body and mind.
