Flavourful appetizers such as Ulam-ulaman, Kerabu Ayam Pantai Timur, Kerabu Telur Ala Thai, Kerabu Mangga,Lemang-lemang Pahang, Jeruk and Kerepek Penang plus Air Batu Campur Sabah are available to set the tone and whet your appetites.
Be transported back to the good old days of traditional Malay dishes such as the Sotong Masak Lemak Cili Api Berlimbing Buluh, Wok Fried Lala with Tom Yum Paste and Lemongrass, Udang Laut Tumis Sambal Petai, Daging Gulai Kawah Hirisan Ubi Kentang, Lala Masak Cili Bawang Putih, Daging Masak Merah Kacang Hijau Peas and more.

The outdoor stalls with 8 specialty stations are not to be missed, featuring famous delicacies such as Nyonya Laksa Melaka, Penang Char Kuey Teow, Satay Selangor, Roti Canai and Murtabak to begin with. The Sup Tulang Rawan, also known as Gristle Bone Soup, is the highlight of the evening. Prized for the marrow contained in the bones, this dish brings you the sweet aroma of beef bones, stewed in spicy red mutton stock soup and is bound to excite your palate.
End your iftar on a sweet note with a variety of assorted Malay Kuih such Kuih Lapis, Pulut Panggang, Seri Muka, Onde onde, Kuih Jagung, Kuih Bakar, Kuih Angku and Dodol Durian, Bubur Pulut Hitam, Bubur Kacang Merah, ice-cream, freshly cut fruits and refreshing drinks, such as Sirap Bandung, Soya Bean Milk, Lai Chee Kang and frothy Teh Tarik, Kopi tarik.

Elaborating on the extensive menu, Executive Chef Jong Zhi Sheng adds, “Guests will get to experience our lively ‘Chef Action Stations, where local delights such as Penang Char Kuey Teow and Nyonya Laksa Melaka will be prepared à la minute. A Ramadan feast would not be complete without the ‘Gorenggorengan’ station, where diners can enjoy Pisang Goreng, Keropok Lekor, Keledek Goreng and Cempedak. Those looking for a sweet indulgence can delve into Air Batu Campur Sabah (ABC) served with an array of condiments such as Kacang Merah, Jagung, Cincau, Buah, Kacang, Sago, Agar-Agar, Cendol, Gula Melaka and many more.”
