Designed to delight discerning palates, Lai Ching Yuen's Dim Sum Buffet menus boast an extensive selection of Hong Kong-inspired delicacies meticulously crafted by a team of seasoned chefs, fronted by Executive Chinese Chef, Thye Yoon Kong, a master of more than 30 years of experience in Cantonese cuisine under his belt, with Dim Sum as his specialty.

From steaming baskets of dumplings brimming with succulent fillings and crispy spring rolls to wok-fried mains and silky-smooth steamed rice rolls, each dish is a testament to the restaurant’s unwavering commitment to deliver authenticity at the table.
