Founded by Datin Sri Nora and her family members, DS Café KL features delicious Malay cuisine cooked by Datin Sri Nora herself. We have tried out some of their menu below on our visit:

Asam Pedas - Moderately spicy, tangy and thick, with plenty of aroma, DS Café KL 's Asam pedas is a must try when you are here.

Nasi Lemak - Fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk, served with 2 types of sambal (chili paste), crispy anchovies, roasted peanuts, hard-boiled egg, and cucumber slices, making it a hearty and satisfying dish that embodies the essence of Malay cuisine.

Sambal Bilis - Heavenly delicious! It's not too spicy hence suitable for everyone!

Ayam Goreng - Cirspy fried chicken and in big portion!

Masak lemak Cili Api - Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Api is deliciously rich and spicy.

Lontong - Sliced rice cakes in a creamy, coconut-based broth. The blend of coconut milk and spices makes this dish both comforting and invigorating.

Nasi Ayam Chiengmai - Love the nasi ayam Chiengmai that comes with chicken meat that's  juicy inside and the flavour comes from the roast flavour.

Pair with variety of drinks such as teh tarik, sirap bandung, Thai milk tea, Thai green tea and many more.

DS Café KL also provides the food most synonymous with Malaysians - Nasi Lemak.
The interesting thing here is, DS Café KL's regular Nasi Lemak comes with 2 types of sambal, namely Regular sambal and anchovy sambal and it only cost RM4.90 per pack! Nasi Lemak RM4.90 DS Café KL is always the customer's top choice for the Friday program.

For afternoon tea, DS Café KL provides Malay sweets such as Jemput-jemput banana, fried popiah, cakes and many more.

"My house is always the focus of family gathering especially during the festive season. 

Even though there is an assistant, I am used to preparing special dishes for all the guests 

who came. I feel satisfied when I can entertain guests with my own hands. No longer feeling 

tired when watching guests eat with gusto," Datin Sri Nora shared. "DS Cafe KL is also managing by my son - Izzroy and his wife, Alisha. I think it is more comfortable when we manage this cafe together as a family. Difficult, happy, tired together, this brings us closer together as a family." She continued.

DS Café KL does not use MSG in their dishes, all the goodness of the rich taste come purely from the premium ingredients used when cooking the dishes.
