Golden Phoenix’s poon choy features ten-head abalone, sea cucumber, Japanese dried scallops, king prawns, roasted duck, steamed chicken, sea moss, Pipa tofu, dried oysters, fish maw, top shell slices, sea moss, baby cabbage, mushrooms, white radish, yam and money bags.
