From 2 January to 12 February 2025, indulge in festive Chinese New Year set menus, traditional Yee Sang, and exclusive a la carte and Dim Sum specials, all carefully crafted to celebrate the season’s joys and traditions.

Exquisite Prosperity Set Menus

Blending timeless Chinese New Year traditions with the finest Cantonese flavours, Executive Chinese Chef Thye Yoon Kong and his team of culinary expert have crafted three exquisite 8-course Prosperity Set Menus, available from 2 January to 12 February 2025. Perfect for corporate gatherings or family reunions, these carefully curated menus offer a lavish feast imbued with auspiciousness, setting the stage for a prosperous year ahead.

The Bejewelled Prosperity Set (珠光宝气宴), priced at RM2,288++ for a table of 10 persons, offers a luxurious feast to celebrate the season. It begins with the vibrant Yee Sang with Jelly Fish and Crispy Fish Skin (海蜇脆鱼皮捞生) symbolising abundance and good fortune. This is followed by a nourishing Double-boiled Black Chicken Soup with Conpoy and Cordyceps Flower (虫草花干贝乌鸡汤), rich in flavours and tradition, before delighting in the delicate Steamed Silver Pomfret in Teochew-Style (潮州蒸兜底鲳鱼). The highlight of the menu is the Signature Crispy Pork Knuckles with Thai Lime Dressing (招牌脆皮德国猪手), a creation from the renowned Barbecue and Roast Chef, Chef Lam. This is followed by the bold flavours of ‘Kam Heong’ Style Slipper Lobster (甘香琵琶虾), and the earthy Braised Sea Cucumber with Black Moss, Mushroom and Broccoli (西兰花发菜焖冬菇扒海 参). A Chinese New Year essential, the Chinese Waxed Meat Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf (腊味芋 粒荷叶饭) completes the savoury course. The meal ends with a classic sweet treat, the Crispy Yam ‘Nian Gao’ (香芋炸年糕) and the comforting Red Bean Soup with Glutinous Rice Ball (红豆沙汤圆), ensuring a harmonious finish to this opulent set.




Welcome a year of peace and joy with the Seasons of Harmony Set (四季平安宴) priced at RM2,888++ for 10 persons, offering a lavish feast to delight the senses. Begin with the auspicious Yee Sang with Sliced Norwegian Salmon and Crispy Fish Skin (三文鱼脆鱼皮捞生), symbolising good fortune. After wholesome servings of Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Brazilian Mushroom, Conpoy and Sea Cucumber (姬松茸干贝海参炖鸡汤) and the Poached Red Star Grouper Fillet in Superior Soy Sauce (冲浪泡红星斑), indulge in Lai Ching Yuen’s Signature Baked Iberico Spare Ribs (烤金牌西班 牙排骨), tender and juicy, expertly prepared.





The highlight of this set is the Wok-fried Sea Prawn with Spicy Sauce and Fried ‘Mantou’ (辣子大明虾), followed by the Braised Sha Jing Oyster with Black Moss, Mushroom and Napa Cabbage (沙井蚝发菜冬菇扒津白) and the Traditional Chinese Waxed Meat Claypot Rice (古法沙煲腊味饭).
For dessert, enjoy the Crispy Yam ‘Nian Gao’ (香芋炸年糕) paired with the nourishing Chilled Black Herbal Jelly with Ginseng Syrup (参糖龟苓膏).
For those seeking a more extravagant indulgence, the Golden Abundance Set (金玉满堂宴) at RM3,888++ will truly impress. Begin with the Yee Sang with Soft-Shell Crab and Sliced Norwegian Salmon (香酥软壳蟹三文鱼捞生) and Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Conpoy, Baby Abalone, and Baby Cabbage (菜胆干贝鲍鱼仔炖鸡汤). The set’s crowning jewel is the Roasted Whole Suckling Pig (大红片全体乳猪), prepared with traditional charcoal methods for an exquisite flavour.
