A must-try favourite at every festive occasion, tender lamb chunks are generously coated in caramelised gravy, melding tamarind, garlic, ginger and spice. ‘Itik Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api’ and ‘Daging Dendeng’ reminisce on the robust flavours of Negeri Sembilan. Travelling further south, slow cooked aromatic rice is harmoniously paired with juicy beef, served as our ‘Nasi Briyani Daging Johor’. To showcase their bountiful, local ingredients, their Chefs have also perfected the ‘Ketam Nipah Masak Kari Rempah Darat’. Seafood curry, tantalisingly cooked with shrimp paste, fresh chillies and lemongrass.
That’s not all, a mere preview of what’s in store! A feast prepared in their halal-certified kitchens, hop from each stall to the next, lined up for your choosing. Refreshing local salads, ‘ulam-ulaman’, seafood on ice and traditional sambal to whet the appetite. Unfolding into our Bazaar, where fragrant notes invite closely. Kebab Arab-style, ‘Roti John’, ‘Lontong’ and ‘Sambal Udang’, ‘Aneka Ikan Bakar’ of grilled fish, ‘Otak-Otak’ and ‘Satar’.
